Wrestling is a physically and mentally demanding sport that teaches athletes discipline, determination, problem solving skills, self assurance, and honest work ethic. Wrestling matches consist of individual participation in weight-classes where wins and losses count for team points.
Show up and participate in wrestling practices, weight-lifting, and running. Have a positive attitude and desire to learn.
Wrestling is offered to rising Freshmen through Senior boys, Varsity and Junior Varsity. Wrestling does not have tryouts; if you can survive then you make the team.
